Holi Festival Special Trains – March 2014

On the occasion of the festival of Holi Northern Railway, Central Railway, Northeast Frontier Railway and Eastern Coastal Railways will run a number of holiday special trains to cater to the increase in the number of passengers. Most of these trains will run between destinations in Uttar Pradesh (Varanasi, Lucknow, Allahabad, Gorakhpur), Bihar (Patna), Punjab (Ambala, Chandigarh), Delhi and Mumbai/Pune. Details of special trains for Holi in March 2014 are given below. Click on the train number to view more details and on “Route and Stoppages” to view the route map of the train. Advance reservation is required for all these trains except the MEMU. Date for Holi for 2014 is Monday, March 17.
