Special Trains for Ganpati Festival 2022 Season
This chapter details the list of festival and holiday seasonal special trains for the auspicious occasion of the Ganpati (Vinayak Chathurthi) festival season during August and September 2022. These trains are announced to be run by Central Railway and Western Railway zones of Indian Railways. They will majorly connect the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat and Goa and along the Konkan coast.
Note: All these trains charge Special Fares which is around 20% more than regular train fares.
Currently announced special trains for Ganpati festival season 2022:
- One daily and two weekly express specials between Mumbai and Mangalore
- Six days a week express between Mumbai and Goa and one day to Kudal
- Thrice-weekly specials one day each from Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat
- Daily return services between Mumbai and Sawantwadi
- Biweekly overnight express services between Nagpur and Goa
- Weekly specials between Pune and Kudal
- Pune – Thivim – Panvel – Kudal – Pune weekend circuit services

Ganpati Festival Special Trains between Mumbai and Goa and Mangalore
