These are the details of Deepawali/Durga Puja/Dussehra (Dasara) festival and holiday special trains run by Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), Eastern Coastal Railway (ECoR) and Eastern Railway (ER), which are the eastern zones of Indian Railways. These trains do not include those which originate/depart from Kolkata. These trains run from Assam to the other end of the country and from Orissa to New Delhi and Bangalore. This train sets the record as the special train on Indian Railways which has the longest running distance ever. Covers 4200 km in 83 hours and 30 min (3 days and 11.5 hours). But SR and TVC division in all their wisdom has allotted only 4 sleeper coaches and 12 sitting/general coaches! Travel sitting for 3 days? That would be fun!
